We had over 20 photos entered in this years contest in four different categories. Choosing one out of each category was a difficult task for our judges. Thank you to all that entered our 2021 Photo Contest. We had some wonderful photographs that were entered for the contest.

Is there a place in Nebraska where you can see sheep shearing? I travelled to Scotland last year and was able to see shearing and do a tiny bit of it to learn about it. I realize that there are certain times of the year. Thanks for any information. Pat Hurley hurleypa@gmail.com

Pat there will be a Mid-Plains Fiber Fair September 28-29th at the York County Fairgrounds in York, NE that will have Shearing demonstrating. They also will have a Shearing Contest at the Nebraska State Fairgrounds in next August 2025.
